INTERNATIONAL WOMENS’S DAY 2016 jointly organized with COWE-TAMIL NADU and ANNA UNIVERSITY on 10th March’2016.
EWB-Chennai Chapter along with COWE Tamil Nadu Chapter, ANNA UNIVERSITY jointly celebrated INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY 2016 on 10th March 2016.
The event teaches people about the importance of women enhancement. The overall theme of the Event is “ EQUALITY IN PARITY”. The Event will be a platform for women’s social life and other participants to discuss the current situation, challenges and advancements relating to women enhancement standards. The Event will seek to share experience and best practices on their work to promote and protect women’s rights. They will focus on how to change the status of women and girls with a focus on obstacles – legal, economic, cultural and structural – that lead to discrimination against women and create inequality. Further, discussions will include practical suggestions on how to eliminate such discrimination and to empower women towards greater equality.500 girl students, entrepreneurs and working professionals to joined during this event all over India.This event honored by Entrepreneur Excellence Award.
