Engineers Without Borders Mjcet student’s chapter have always been leading in participation for the events that hold a prominent position in bringing social cause in the society. So did the EWB MJCET chapter this time for the 6th edition of Airtel Hyderabad Marathon. This was the 4 the time EWB has contributed its members and non members for this event where people from all walks of life come together taking a day out from their busy schedules.
This time 120 volunteers from various subcourses of engineering, from various beliefs, came together with a common belief to volunteer for this international event.The main responsibilities that were to be taken were traffic management, energy supplement supply and cheering and our boys took up each task with all enthusiasm and drove the event to a grand success. This time EWB-MJCET had to take care of 2 major aid stations near KBR park and Tv9 office at road no 3 banajarahills. The efforts of all the 120 young lads paid off when the EWB Mjcet chapter along with its volunteers were judged to be the best organising team.
