Seminar by Dr. Prakasam Tata
GITAM University, Vizag chapter of Engineers Without Borders is privileged to announce that it had a seminar conducted by Dr. Prakasam Tata. He brilliantly gave a speech on the start up of projects following it with a cogent orientation session.
His meticulous presentation displayed his previous experiences with various societies including government and non government organizations (NGO’s). The program initiated by him named Swatcha Bharath related to aspects like sanitation, water purification, energy conservation and rural development. He also made students to take a pledge on water saving.
The meeting was presided by Prof. S.Ramakrishna who started the session with his insight on EWB , and Dr. Venkata Katammreddi. , the Faculty Advisor of the EWB student chapter, Vizag.
The seminar clearly had a positive impact on students which reminds them of nurturing their knowledge through projects and being responsible towards society. His personal interest towards each of the students helped tone up motivation to its best.
